Important notes on Direct Mailer and Free Gift Promotion (“The DM Promotion”)

1. Offer is valid till 21 June 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Offer is only valid for selected customers. Eligible customers will receive a Direct Mailer to participate in The DM Promotion.
3. Eligible customers will need to call in by 21 June 2013 to register their participation in The DM Promotion.
4. OCBC Bank will conduct telephone verification with eligible customers who successfully registered their participation in The DM Promotion.
5. Each eligible customer is only entitled to ONE S$10 NTUC FairPrice Voucher (“gift”).
6. Multiple registration and/or participation are not allowed.
7. The eligibility of each customer to receive a gift shall be determined at the absolute discretion of OCBC Bank.
8. A redemption letter will be sent to each successful customer’s address stated in the application form within 2 months of the date of the telephone verification by OCBC Bank.
9. The gift is not exchangeable for cash or other item(s) of similar value.
10. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to replace any gift with any item(s) of similar value.
11. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gift.
12. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any gift by any person.
13. OCBC Bank reserves the right to terminate The DM Promotion or waive / vary / amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.
14. The decision of OCBC Bank on all matters relating to The DM Promotion shall be final and binding.
