• OCBC Credit Cards-Asiatravel Cash Reward Program ('O-ACRP') is applicable for booking of Rooms and/or Travel Packages with the CR logo on www.asiatravel.com/ocbc with a valid OCBC credit card issued in Singapore.
• For the purposes of calculating the Cash Reward which the OCBC credit cardholder ('Cardholder') is entitled to, Cardholder is required to become an O-ACRP Member by setting up a User Account with a primary email address and Unique User ID. The 15 or more accumulative room nights and/or S$3,000 worth of package bookings are tracked based on the customer's primary email address or a Unique User ID.
• Bookings made by using a different email address or different Unique User ID will not be consolidated under the same account. Qualifying hotel room night bookings or package bookings earned in two or more different accounts may not be transferred, combined and/or redeemed altogether.
• Bookings made on accounts under the Asiatravel Cash Rewards Program via www.asiatravel.com may not be transferred and/or combined with bookings made on accounts under the O-ACRP.
• O-ACRP reservations will be subject to the rates and policies of the Hotel where the cardholder has booked.
• O-ACRP Members will be able to enjoy Cash Reward for hotel bookings and package bookings made from 1 October 2012 to 14 September 2013, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
• To be eligible for the Cash Reward, an O-ACRP Member should accumulate the following:
  • For Hotel Bookings - Receive S$108 worth ofcash rebate whenever 15 materialised room nights are achieved within the span of 12 months from the 1st check-in date. Thereafter, a new cycle begins another round of 15 materialised room nights accumulation.
  • For Package Bookings - Receive 5% cash rebate whenever S$3,000 worth of accumulated bookings are achieved within the span of 12 months. If the total spend in the nearest transaction adds up to be S$3,200 for example, then 5% of S$3,200 will be credited back to your preferred OCBC credit card.
• The Cash Reward will be credited into the O-ACRP Member’s account within two months after the O-ACRP Member fulfils the qualified room nights i.e. 15 accumulative room nights and/or the total accumulated package bookings worth S$3,000.
• The Cash Reward will be credited in Singapore Dollar (SGD) currency following the exchange rate preset by Asiatravel.com.
• An email request for Cardholder’s OCBC credit card account to credit the Cash Reward will be sent to Cardholder upon fulfillment and verification of the qualified room nights and/or total accumulated package booking. Cardholder must provide the required information to Asiatravel before the stipulated expiry date as advised in email.
• The OCBC credit card account provided must be in good standing at the time of crediting the Cash Reward. In the event that the relevant Account is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the Cash Reward is credited into the said Account, Asiatravel reserves the right to forfeit the Cash Reward at its sole discretion.
• Asiatravel reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the Cash Reward at any time without notice.
• All questions or disputes regarding an individual's eligibility for O-ACRP, or a Member's compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved and determined by OCBC and/or Asiatravel in their sole discretion.
• OCBC and Asiatravel reserve the right to withdraw a Cash Reward and/or claim back a Cash Reward if the booking did not materialise due to customer complaint/s, dispute, fraud cases etc.
• O-ACRP is subject to modification, cancellation or limitation at OCBC and Asiatravel's discretion, with or without notice. The number of room nights to fully qualify may be adjusted, any benefit may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any benefit or its redemption may be imposed at any time. Benefits shall be valid only on properties participating in the OCBC-Asiatravel Cash Reward Program as determined by OCBC and Asiatravel. Participating properties will clearly display the CR logo and the booking process will clearly advise if the O-ACRP Member is entitled to the program. OCBC and Asiatravel shall not be held liable for any changes that result in the cancellation of a participating property from the program.
• OCBC and Asiatravel will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may result from an O-ACRP Member's participation in the Program. Each Member is solely responsible for the payment of all taxes payable and benefits acquired as a result of such Member's participation in the Program and earning, conversion, holding and/or use of Benefits and for all applicable filing and reporting obligations. Members should consult with their tax advisors regarding the accumulation, conversion and use of Benefits.
• OCBC accepts no liability for goods and services provided by Asiatravel and participating properties in this program.
• In case of any dispute, the decisions of OCBC and Asiatravel on all matters relating to the Cash Reward are final, conclusive and binding.
