Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme

This plan is protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. AutoWise Promotion T&Cs:

1. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or make changes to the promotion or any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any promotion / product. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any promotion / product, and /or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any promotion / product by any person. SmartDrive Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. "Promotion" refers to 10% off SmartDrive premium.
2. The Promotion is valid from 1 January 2016 to 31 January 2016 (both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. Promotion is applicable only for SmartDrive insurance quotations requested via http://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/Insurance/car.html and the SmartDrive insurance policy must be accepted by AXA during the Promotion Period. Policy must remain in force at point of voucher redemption.
4. 10% discount is applied on the Gross Premium amount upon enrolment.
5. Promotion is not applicable if you are an existing AXA policy holder, or if your car is a Honda, Hyundai or Chevrolet that is under 3 years old or a Volkswagen that is under 10 years.
6. This Promotion does not apply in conjunction with any other promotion(s) relating to SmartDrive.
7. The benefits listed are for illustration purpose only. Please refer to the full terms, conditions and exclusions listed in the SmartDrive insurance policy ("Policy").
8. OCBC Bank and AXA shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
9. OCBC Bank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants.
10. OCBC Bank and AXA reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate or amend the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
11. "OCBC Bank" means Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and "AXA" means AXA Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd.
