We are upgrading our Internet Banking Tokens
for enhanced security

In line with our enhanced security measures, we are introducing a new internet banking
token to safeguard your company's online transactions.


Generates a unique code for you to authorise payment related transactions

(One time password)

Generates the password for you to log in to your company’s account and to authorise trade related transactions

You will be prompted whenever an OTP or SIGN is required.

How does this affect you?

1. Activate the new token

Once you have received the new token, activate it within 30 days or your Velocity@ocbc account will be disabled.

2. You are done!

Once activated, you can start using your new token to access Velocity@ocbc.

Please remember to discard your old token
only after activating your new one.

When will you receive the new token?

We will be sending starter kits containing the new token(s) progressively to existing Velocity@ocbc customers from January to March 2013.

What if I have not received my new token?


Activate your new token

All the new token(s) will be sent to the Nominated Contact Person in your company.

Please follow the instructions in the enclosed letter (found in the starter kit) to activate the token(s).
