• OCBC Bank’s history in Myanmar dates back to 1923 when our first branch opened in Yangon.
• Maintained our presence by having first operated as a branch for 40 years from 1923 to 1963. Subsequently as a representative office in Yangon for 20 years between 1994 and 2014.
• In 2015, we commenced our banking operations when we were one of the 9 foreign banks to win a foreign banking license
• in 2020, we celebrated our 5th anniversary in Yangon
