Setup Monthly Budget

You should create budget in order to keep track of your expenses in specific areas or as a total lump sum amount. Creating a single budget for your OCBC savings account(s) and credit card(s). You can track how in real time, how much money you have spend on each budget and how much is left. Click the Create Budget button to start

How are the numbers calculated?
  1. Only balances of your current, savings, credit cards and EasiCredit accounts have been included.
  2. How balances are calculated:
    • Total balances for past 12 months are calculated by deducing all transactional amounts from current balance.
    • Foreign exchange rates are applied based on latest available rates.
  3. Your spending by category:
    • We have automatically categorised your transactions to our best effort.
  4. Your spending by top spend:
    • These are your top 10 transactions displayed by transaction value.
  5. Spending Transactions detail:
    • When you make changes to the transaction records under Money In$ight, they will not affect your Transaction History and/or statements.
Making the numbers more accurate

The numbers dont tally?

The Money in can get inflated if you transferred your money from your OCBC account to another of yours. Or Money out can get inflated if you pay your credit card bills online (? not sure here...)
