Still using the Online Banking Access Code we assigned you? Change it by 31 August 2019

To protect your personal data, please change the Access Code we assigned you – if you have not – by 31 August 2019.

If you do not, we will prompt you to do so when you next log in to Internet Banking from 1 September 2019. Only after you change it will you be allowed to access your account. Besides Internet Banking, you may log in to Mobile Banking to do so.

  • Your existing Online Banking Access Code and PIN
  • OneToken, or One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone or generated via your hardware token, depending on how you have chosen to receive the OTP
  • An Access Code that you would like to use – it should not be easily guessed by others and comprise letters and/or numerals between six and 14 characters. Please do not use symbols or special characters

  • Why do I need to change my Access Code?

    Changing your Access Code – especially if you use a combination of letters and numerals – will make it more difficult for someone to gain access to your accounts. You can also use one that you can remember better. Please use something that is not easily guessed by others.

  • What is the character limit of an Access Code?

    An Access Code can comprise letters, numerals or a combination of both. It must be between six and 14 characters long. Please do not use symbols or special characters, such as #, @ or &.

  • I changed my Access Code previously. What do I need to do?

    This message is meant only for customers who have never changed their default Access Code. If you have changed yours, you do not need to do anything. Simply continue to log in with your current Access Code.

  • I have forgotten my Access Code. What can I do?

    Go to www.ocbc.com/reset and follow the steps to retrieve your existing Access Code. Use that to log in to Internet Banking and then change your Access Code.

  • What will happen if I do not change my Access Code before 31 August 2019?

    You will be asked to change your Access Code when you log in to Internet Banking from 1 September 2019. Only after you change it will you be allowed to access your account.

  • Can I change my Access Code more than once?

    Yes, you can change your Access Code anytime. After you have successfully changed it, use it to log in to Internet or Mobile Banking.
