In view of the latest development on the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China, and the travel advisory issued by the Ministry of Health/ Ministry of Foreign Affairs, no cover will be provided for travel to, from and through these destinations if the policy or trip is purchased after these dates: 24 January 2020, 9.30 am for Hubei Province and 28 January 2020, 11.59pm for Mainland China. As the situation develops, cover to other areas are subject to change. For travel policies purchased before 24 January 2020, 9.30 am, coverage for all other benefits will remain applicable for our customers.

For travel insurance policy bought on or after event, such as strike, riot, natural disaster, etc. reported by the media and/or as advised by the authorities, there will be no coverage arising from the known event.
