via the OCBC Mobile Banking app.

Skip waiting in line at the branch for new notes! With Easy Q via OCBC Mobile Banking, you can check for the availability of new notes and take a digital queue ticket on the go before visiting the branch.

Important things you need to know:

  • For details on early closure of branches on Chinese New Year Eve (24th January 2020), please click here.
  • Stocks for all notes will be replenished at every branch, every day until 24 January 2020.
  • For new notes, each customer is entitled to exchange or withdraw a maximum of S$500. S$2 notes are limited to S$400 per customer (including fortune packs*).

How to check availability of new notes

  • Step 1:

    Launch the OCBC Mobile Banking app and tap on More services on the bottom right.

  • Step 2:

    Tap on Easy Q.

  • Step 3:

    Select Change New Notes for Chinese New Year option.

  • Step 4:

    Check stock availability for new notes. If you wish to take a digital queue ticket, select the branch with stock availability.

How to get a digital queue ticket

  • Step 1:

    Key in your mobile number and tap on Get queue number.

  • Step 2:

    Get your digital queue ticket.
