What do I need to change my existing Online Banking Access Code?

  • Your existing Online Banking Access Code and PIN
  • OneToken, or One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone or generated via your hardware token, depending on how you have chosen to receive the OTP
  • An Online Banking Access Code that you would like to use – it should not be easily guessed by others and comprise letters and/or numerals between six and 14 characters. Please do not use symbols, special characters or the Online Banking Access Code we assigned you. Do not choose a code made up of only 7- or 8-digit numerals.

    You will be asked to change your Online Banking Access Code when you next log in to Internet Banking. Only after you change it will you be allowed to access your account.
