Who is OSOME?

Must I incorporate my company through Osome?

No. You can choose to incorporate the company yourself, through ACRA. Application is simple and can be done online.

However, most business owners would advise to engage a corporate secretary to do it for you.

How do I incorporate my business and open an account online?

You will incorporate your business online through OSOME. After your business is incorporated, follow the onscreen instructions to apply for a business account with OCBC Bank.

Who is eligible to open a business account online?

Instant account opening is only applicable for Singapore-incorporated companies opening its first OCBC Business Banking Account. The company must be owned by one or two Singaporeans and/or PRs. Instant account opening will be subject to final approval by OCBC Bank. For other types of companies, you can still incorporate your company through OSOME and follow the onscreen instructions to submit your application to open a bank account with OCBC Bank. We will follow up with you on your application.
