Fees & charges

Annual Fee - Waived

Replacement Card Fee - $20 (for lost or stolen card only)

Overseas ATM Cash Withdrawal Charges - 3% of the transaction amount (Min S$5 and Max S$20)

Transactions (including refunds) in Foreign currencies - 1.8% administrative fee + costs of conversion applies

Foreign currency transactions are converted to local currency based on the exchange rate determined by the respective card associations (VISA/MasterCard International). The conversion rate is applied on the date of posting to the Debit Card and may be different from the rate in effect on the date of transaction.

Disable overseas cash withdrawal

Overseas cash withdrawals with your OCBC Premier Debit Card has been deactivated to guard against ATM fraud. Call us at 1800 773 6437 or (65) 6530 5930 (overseas) or visit any of our branches to enable the function.

Protect against card theft or loss

If your card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately at 1800 773 6437 or (65) 6530 5930 (overseas) and you will only be liable for up to S$100, excluding the ez-link stored value on your OCBC Premier Debit Card.
