Important Notice for All OCBC Online Banking Users

New OCBC hardware token will be required for important transactions from 20 December 2012

Dear Valued Customer,

You can still use SMS OTP to login to Online and Mobile Banking and to perform routine transactions like funds transfer to existing payees and bill payment.

However, please note that from 20 December 2012, you will need the new OCBC hardware token if you are performing the following transactions:

Add new payees
3^rd party transfer above transaction limit (default limit of $25,000)
Pay other banks' credit card above transaction limit
Change transaction limit
Change daily limit (default limit of $5,000 per day)
Update mobile number
Update mailing address
