To serve you better, we will be carrying out comprehensive maintenance of our systems from 17 August (6am) to 24 August (8am).


As a result, you may – from 17 August (6am) to 23 August (11.59pm) – experience slowness when logging into the OCBC app and Internet Banking.

On 24 August (12am to 8am), the following will not be available:
  • The OCBC app and Internet Banking
  • OCBC ATMs (including those that allow you to deposit cash and update your passbook), New ATMs and Service Kiosks in Singapore
  • OCBC ATMs in Malaysia and OCBC NISP ATMs in Indonesia
  • OCBC credit/debit cards (payment by NETS will also be unavailable)
  • Incoming funds transfers
  • Phone Banking
