To serve you better, we will be carrying out comprehensive maintenance of our systems from 17 May (8am) to 24 May (6am).

As a result, you may – from 17 May (8am) to 24 May (6am) – experience slowness when logging into the OCBC app and Internet Banking.

During this period, the following services may not be available:
23 May (7am to 9pm)
  • Singapore Government Securities via OCBC app, Internet Banking and ATMs



  • 24 May (12am to 6am)
  • The OCBC app and Internet Banking
  • OCBC ATMs (including those that allow you to deposit cash and update your passbook), New ATMs and Service Kiosks in Singapore
  • OCBC ATMs in Malaysia and OCBC NISP ATMs in Indonesia
  • OCBC credit/debit cards (payment by NETS will also be unavailable)
  • Adding of OCBC credit/debit cards to mobile wallets
  • Incoming funds transfers
  • Phone Banking
