During this period, the following services may not be available:

  • All rewards points redemption including VOYAGE Limo rides. Alternatively, VOYAGE Limo ride bookings can still be made via VOYAGE Exchange.


    • 5 Sep (10pm) to 6 Sep (7am)

  • Transfers made via PayNow-PromptPay and PayNow-DuitNow
  • Transfers made to overseas wallets


    • 6 Sep (2am to 8am)

  • The OCBC app and Internet Banking
  • Incoming funds transfers
  • OCBC ATMs (including those that allow you to deposit cash and update your passbook), New ATMs and Service Kiosks in Singapore
  • OCBC ATMs in Malaysia and OCBC NISP ATMs in Indonesia
  • OCBC credit/debit cards (payment by NETS will also be unavailable)
  • Incoming funds transfers
  • The OCBC app and Internet Banking
  • Adding of OCBC credit/debit cards to mobile wallets
  • Phone Banking
  • VOYAGE Exchange is unable to perform customer verification and attend to inbound customer requests
