Previous Generation Hardware Token Will Be Deactivated from 1 April 2013

Dear Valued Customer

Our previous generation Online Banking hardware token cannot be used from 1 April 2013.

We have introduced a new token that comes with enhanced security features to safeguard your online transactions.

If you have not requested a new token, please do so by 15 March 2013. You must:

  1. Log in to www.ocbc.com/login using your existing token; and
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a new token. You will receive a new token within 7 days of the date of your request.

If you have activated your new token, no further action is required.
