Period of coverage for your trip

The period of coverage commences from the time you leave your home or workplace in Singapore for the sole purpose of commencing a trip or upon confirmation of coverage whichever occurs later.

It terminates upon the expiry date specified in the Policy of Certificate of Insurance or within 3 hours upon your arrival in Singapore, whichever occurs first.

Get the policy document

If you have made your Single Trip or Annual Plans purchase online, your policy documents will be sent to you via email.

If you have made your Single Trip or Annual Plans purchase via calling or mailing in, your policy documents will be sent to you via mail. For Annual Plans, you will also receive a customised Annual Plan card via mail.
