Terms and conditions

  1. Limited to the first 80 OCBC Titanium Cardmembers who successfully register via SMS from 15 April to 19 May 2013 (both dates inclusive) and have met the minimum spend of S$2,000 from 15 April to 19 May 2013 (both dates inclusive). Any registrations received before 15 April 2013 or after 19 May 2013 will not be accepted.

  2. Limited to 1 pair of tickets per OCBC Cardmember.

  3. Each Cardmember cannot be a winner in more than one OCBC Spend & Redeem promotion during the time period of 15 April to 19 May 2013.

  4. Cardmember must follow SMS sequence to qualify for the promotion. Incorrect and incomplete SMS will not qualify.

  5. This Promotion is only applicable to retail transactions made with an OCBC Titanium Card. Transactions relating to instalment payment transactions, cash advances, balance transfers, CashWise, existing and new instalment payment plans, bank charges, finance and late charges, will not be considered in the computation of the qualifying spend required for this promotion.

  6. OCBC Bank reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of eligible transactions which qualify under the Promotion. This includes without limitation, whether a transaction is to be considered a retail transaction. If OCBC Bank in its sole and absolute discretion decides that any transaction is not to be considered a retail transaction, or that any transaction does not otherwise qualify under the Promotion, the tickets may not be awarded.

  7. Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary Cards.

  8. Ticket allocation will be determined by OCBC Bank.

  9. Tickets redeemed are only valid for the stated date and performance and are not exchangeable for other items or cash.

  10. OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the tickets with other gift items of similar value without prior notice.

  11. OCBC Bank reserves the right to waive/vary/amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.

  12. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. OCBC Bank shall not be obliged to entertain or respond to any queries or correspondence from any participant in relation to this Promotion, including without limitation, any query from any participant to disclose the number of participants who had registered with OCBC Bank via SMS, the position of such participant's SMS and/or whether any participant is entitled to the tickets under the Promotion.

  13. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Promotion expressly and irrevocably permit and authorize OCBC Bank to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organizing, promoting and conduction the Promotion for the purposes of the Promotion.

  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
