Terms and Conditions

Eligiblity

1. Limited to the first 5,000 OCBC Principal Titanium Cardmembers who successfully register via SMS from 6 - 28 February 2013 (both dates inclusive) and have charged at least 3 dining transactions locally from 6 - 28 February 2013 (both dates inclusive). Any registrations received before 6 February 2013 or after 28 February 2013 will not be accepted.

2. Limited to 1 free night’s stay per OCBC Titanium Cardmember.

3. Each Cardmember cannot be a winner in more than one OCBC Spend & Redeem promotion during the time period of 6 - 28 February 2013

4. Cardmember must follow SMS sequence to qualify for the promotion. Incorrect and incomplete SMS will not qualify.

5. This Promotion is only applicable to transactions made with OCBC Titanium MasterCard at any F&B outlet within Singapore. The qualifying dining transactions must be made at merchants that have their main business activities classified as food and beverage. Main business activity of a merchant is determined by the business classification of that merchant outlet which in turn is determined by that merchant’s acquiring bank. Only transactions made at merchants classified under MCC 5814 (cafes), 5811 (catering companies), 5812, 5813 and 5814 (restaurants and drinking places) will be eligible for this promotion. Transactions made at restaurants classified under the hotel’s name will not be eligible for this promotion.

6. OCBC Bank reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of eligible transactions which qualify under the Promotion. This includes without limitation, whether a transaction is to be considered a dining transaction. If OCBC Bank in its sole and absolute discretion decides that any transaction is not to be considered a dining transaction, or that any transaction does not otherwise qualify under the Promotion, the free night stay may not be awarded.

7. Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary Cards.

8. A serialised redemption letter will be mailed to successful Cardmembers via ordinary mail to the address by 31 March 2013.

9. Successful Cardmembers are required to bring along the original redemption letter, NRIC and his/her OCBC Titanium Card at the time of check-in for verification.

10. Reservation for the one free night’s stay must be made within 6 months from issuance of redemption letter by calling Anantara’s booking hotline at 6536 0902 or email to info@anantaraclub.com. Please quote the serial number indicated in the redemption letter when making the reservation.

11. Offer is valid for travel till 31 May 2014 and for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12 years old.

12. The accommodation is reserved on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.

13. Holidays or peak travel periods may be blacked out or subject to limited availability. Significant advance notice of 3 to 6 months is recommended.

14. The offer does not include airfare and expenses other than the hotel accommodation.

15. Hotel taxes are not included (11% + 7% VAT on prevailing rate at time of check in) and must be paid when reservations are requested and travel dates are confirmed.

16. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, nor be transferred, or exchanged for cash or other products and services.

17. OCBC shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products or services provided.

18. Anantara Vacation Club is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided and all auxiliary services.

19. OCBC and Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

20. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of OCBC and Anantara Vacation Club.

21. OCBC Bank reserves the right to waive/vary/amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.

22. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. OCBC Bank shall not be obliged to entertain or respond to any queries or correspondence from any participant in relation to this Promotion, including without limitation, any query from any participant to disclose the number of participants who had registered with OCBC Bank via SMS, the position of such participant's SMS and/or whether any participant is entitled to the tickets under the Promotion.

23. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Promotion expressly and irrevocably permit and authorize OCBC Bank to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organizing, promoting and conduction the Promotion for the purposes of the Promotion.

24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
