Have your immigration processed and your luggage picked up with fast-track immigration services at Jakarta International Airport at no charge for a limited time only (usual charge S$80 per person). You will also be escorted to the appropriate channels if you require visa processing.

Terms and conditions

  1. Complimentary service is available from now till 30 September 2012 and is only open to OCBC Elite World Cardmembers.

  2. OCBC Elite World Cardmember can utilise the complimentary service one time per calendar month.

  3. Booking must be made 2 working days before flight.

  4. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before flight by calling in to Premier Contact Centre at 1800 773 6437.

  5. OCBC Elite World Cardmember will be charged S$80 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before flight and for no-shows.

  6. The OCBC NISP Lounge at Jakarta International Airport is operated by OCBC NISP.

  7. OCBC NISP Lounge operating hours: 7am – 11pm.
