Terms and conditions

1. All flights for the Core Course Program must be booked through MasterCard World Concierge.

2. Golf access is applicable to both Principal & Supplementary Cardmember.

3. Cardmember and guest(s) are required to pay green fees, caddy and/or buggy fees, taxes and insurance where applicable.

4. Cardmember is responsible for arranging the minimum number of players for a flight.

5. On weekdays, there must be a minimum of 2 players per flight, subject to pairing at golf club’s discretion.

6. On weekends, there must be a minimum of 3 players per flight. Three-ball flights may be subject to pairing at golf club’s discretion (weekend access is not applicable for Singapore golf clubs).

7. Weekday bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance.

8. Weekend bookings must be made at least 8 days in advance (not applicable for Singapore golf clubs).

9. Cardmember cannot book more than 14 days in advance.

10. All bookings are subject to availability.

11. Cardmember(s) may bring guest(s). There is no limit to the number of guest(s) but bookings are subject to availability.

12. Golfers must have a valid handicap and the club may require golfers to produce their handicap card upon registration.

13. There will be no rain check after tee-off.

14. All payments for Cardmember(s) and guests must be made upon booking and charged to the Cardmember’s Elite World Card.

15. Cardmember(s) will not be granted access rights to the participating clubs without booking through MasterCard World Concierge.

16. Rates quoted are not inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without notice.

17. The program cannot be used by Cardmembers or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional golf program.

18. MasterCard does not assume liability and Cardmember shall not make any claim whatsoever for:
    a. injury or bodily harm
    b. loss of our damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from or in connection with the MasterCard golf program.

19. Participation of golf clubs is subject to change without any prior notice to Cardmember.

20. Unless noted, all charges will be made in Singapore dollars.

21. The following amendment charges apply after the golf booking has been processed, subject to availability:
    a. More than 3 days to tee-off date: S$10 per change
    b. Equal or less than 3 days to tee-off date: Cancellation charges apply

22. The following cancellation charges apply to Cardmember(s) and their guests:
    a. The cancellation charge of S$10 applies for cancellations made 3 days before tee-off date.
    b. 100% of total golf charges applies for cancellations made 2 days or less before tee-off date as well as in the event of no show or late arrival on tee-off date.
