Terms and conditions

1. Payment must be made with an OCBC Cashflo MasterCard.

2. Promotion valid till 31 January 2013.

3. ^# Limited to the first 4,000 OCBC cardmembers holding Titanium, Cashflo, Platinum or Arts Platinum credit card, who meet the spending requirement, and quote OCBCCARD upon check out.
4. Complimentary Solitaire membership is applicable for OCBC cardmembers who are holding either Titanium or Cashflo credit card only. Customers must register for solitaire membership latest by 31 Jan 2013 to be eligible. The solitaire membership is valid for 1 year from date of registration.
5. The membership privileges are subject to the terms and conditions of Reebonz Pte Ltd.
6. Top spender promotion is only applicable for spend at Reebonz from 9 Nov 2012 – 31 Jan 2013. Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary Cards. Top spender will be informed within 20 working days from the end of promotion.
7. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any product. OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any product by any person.
8. OCBC Bank's decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be final and binding on all participants. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank’s record(s) shall be conclusive for all purposes and be binding on all participants.
9. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion at any time or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

11. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
