  1. Limited to the first 40 OCBC Arts Platinum Cardmembers with a minimum spend of S$1,600 from 1 to 31 May 2013 and who satisfy these terms and conditions.

  2. Limited to 1 pair of tickets per customer.

  3. Each Cardmember cannot be a winner in more than one OCBC Spend & Redeem promotion during the time period of 1 - 31 May 2013.

  4. Any applications received before 1 May 2013 or after 31 May 2013 will not be accepted.
  5. Cardmember must follow SMS sequence to qualify for reward. Incorrect and incomplete SMS will not qualify.
  6. Tickets are for the 8pm show on 9 or 10 July 2013. Ticket allocation will be determined by OCBC Bank.
  7. This Promotion is only applicable for retail transactions with OCBC Arts Platinum MasterCard. Cash advance transactions, IPP transactions, balance transfer transactions, CashWise, bank charges, finance and late charges, are not eligible in the computation for the spend required. OCBC reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of eligible transactions which qualify under the Promotion. This includes without limitation, whether a transaction is to be considered a retail transaction. If OCBC in its sole and absolute discretion decides that any transaction is not to be considered a retail transaction, or that any transaction does not otherwise qualify under the Promotion, the tickets may not be awarded.
  8. Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary Cards.
  9. OCBC reserves the right to waive/vary/amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.
  10. OCBC's decision on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. OCBC shall not be obliged to entertain or respond to any queries or correspondence from any participant in relation to this Promotion, including without limitation, any query from any participant to disclose the number of participants who had applied via SMS, the position of such participant's SMS and/or whether any participant is entitled to the tickets under the Promotion.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
