Terms and conditions (Explorer Travel Insurance Promotion)
The promotion period is from 22 February 2016 until 31 March 2016 (both dates included) or such other period as may be determined by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC Bank”) in its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is open to targeted customers of OCBC Bank who receive a Facebook post, direct mailer, e-mailer or SMS from OCBC Bank during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Cardmembers”) only. Customers who do not receive the Facebook post, direct mailer, e-mailer or SMS will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Under the Promotion, 25% discount shall be given to each Eligible Cardmember who purchases Annual Plans during the Promotion Period. An additional 5% discount shall be given to Eligible Cardmembers for Annual Plans purchased using any OCBC Credit or Debit Card during the Promotion Period. In addition, if an Eligible Cardmember purchases an Annual Plan with his/her OCBC Credit or Debit Card during the Promotion Period, he/she is entitled to receive S$50 worth of CapitaVouchers. OCBC Bank will determine the eligibility of each customer to receive a gift in its absolute discretion. A redemption letter will be sent to eligible customers one month after the promotion ends. You cannot transfer or exchange the CapitaVouchers for cash, or other benefits.
OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardholder and the dates of this Promotion. OCBC Bank’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC Bank. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail. The laws of Singapore apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and us will be dealt with in the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions does not have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
