Terms and Conditions for the 20% off discount coupon for new members:

1. Promotion Cardholders who newly sign up for a Gmarket account during the Promotion Period may download a one-time new member discount coupon from the Promotion Website. After successful download, the Promotion Cardholder may use the New Member Discount Coupon towards a 20% discount (capped at a maximum discount amount of KRW 10,000) off the transaction price for a single item of KRW 10,000 or above made using the Promotion Card through the Promotion Website during the coupon validity period. Terms and conditions shallapply.
2. Limited to 10,000 coupons each month available for download on a first come first serve basis. Each Promotion Cardholder can only download one coupon for the entire Promotion Period.
3. New Member Discount Coupons can only be used for purchases shipped to destinations outside of Korea.
4. New Member Discount Coupons will be valid for 10 days from the date of download.
5. New Member Discount Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
6. New Member Discount Coupons may not be used towards purchase of certain product categories specified by Gmarket, including but not limited to rice, gold, tickets and gift certificates.

Terms and Conditions for the 10% off discount coupon for

1. Promotion Cardholders who have an existing Gmarket account may download, once per month during the Promotion Period, an existing member discount coupon from the Promotion Website. After successful download, the Promotion Cardholder may use the Existing Member Discount Coupon towards a 10% discount (capped at a maximum discount amount of KRW 3,000) off the transaction price for a single item of KRW 10,000 or above made using the Promotion Card through the Promotion Website during the coupon validity period. Terms and conditions shall apply.
2. Limited to 20,000 coupons each month available for download on a first come first serve basis. Each Promotion Cardholder can only download one coupon per month during the Promotion Period.
3. Existing Member Discount Coupons can only be used for purchases shipped to destinations outside of Korea.
4. Existing Member Discount Coupons will be valid for 10 days from the date of download.
5. Existing Member Discount Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.

General Terms and Conditions of the Coupons:

1. The Offer is valid for purchases at the Gmarket English site http://global.gmarket.co.kr
2. The Coupons may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. The Coupons cannot be converted to cash, cash equivalents, or other benefits. Any Coupon that remains unused, in whole or in part, after the validity period, will be forfeited.
4. Promotion Cardholders may contact Gmarket at global@corp.gmarket.co.kr for any claims or queries and Gmarket shall provide customer service in the English language to Promotion Cardholders through its customer service center.
5. Any changes to the Promotion shall be set out on the Promotion Website.
6. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and the Korean versions of the Promotion and applicable Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7. Usage of the Coupons are subject to prevailing policies and the User Agreement set by Gmarket. Promotion Cardholders with Coupons are solely responsible to check and comply with such.
