"We want to avoid long lines at the cashier so payments must be quick. OCBC OneCollect notification feature is very useful as it immediately alerts us after a successful transaction. We no longer have to check our account balance or trouble customers to show us their confirmation message"

“Daily tally of transactions is much easier. It captures all PayNow transactions and separates them by outlet, which is time-saving. I also like the option of generating a QR code in real-time which eliminates the need for customers to input the payment amount.”

“The notification feature is very useful. Our cashiers do not have to WhatsApp us to check that a PayNow payment is in. But now, OCBC OneCollect immediately notifies them when a payment is in.”

Ukulele Movement - Simon Mok and Glyn Chan, Founders

Ukulele Movement - Simon Mok and Glyn Chan, Founders

“Ukuleles can cost a few hundred dollars on average so we prefer our cashiers to input the price and generate a QR code that our customers just scan. It reduces the chance of customer paying the wrong amount and makes the payment process more hassle free to improve the customer experience overall.”
