Documents required for BPA:

NEW CUSTOMERS

  1. Business Account Application Form
  2. eAlerts@ocbc Application Form BPA must be used as the debit account, otherwise customers will be charged the standard S$20 per month
  3. Velocity@ocbc Application Form (optional)
    BPA must be used as the debit account, otherwise customers will be charged the standard S$20 per digipass

EXISTING CUSTOMERS who wish to convert their Standard SGD Current Account to Business Privilege Account must complete the following:

  1. eAlerts@ocbc Application Form *
    BPA must be used as the debit account , otherwise customers will be charged the standardS$20 per month
  2. Velocity@ocbc Application Form (optional)*
    BPA must be used as the debit account , otherwise customers will be charged the standard S$50 per digipass

What are the documents required for Private Limited / Public Companies?

1. Account Application - Business Form (Available at any OCBC Branch)
2. Certified True Copies of Photocopies of NRIC/Passport of Directors who are Authorised Signatories
3. Certified True Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&A)
4. Board Resolution (Bank’s Standard/Company’s)
5. Minimum Deposit in Cash or Cheque  (Please refer to pricing guide)


Note: In the event where any Director(s) is/are based Overseas, a Certificate from the Notary Public (Legal Council) to certify the signature of the Director(s) is required

1. Account Application - Business Form (Available at any OCBC Branch)
2. Board Resolution (Bank's Standard/ Company's)^ 
3. Certified True Copies of Photocopies of NRIC/Passport of all other Partners and Authorised Signatories
4. Minimum Deposit in Cash or Cheque  (Please refer to pricing guide)


 

Note: In the event where any Director(s) is/are based Overseas, a Certificate from the Notary Public (Legal Council) to certify the signature of the Director(s) is required

^LLP to also submit their LLP Partnership Agreement, if avaliable
