OCBC Bank Lockbox Service simplifies your cheque collection and cash management process. Your customers mail their cheques directly to a specially designated post office box. The cheques will be collected daily and processed on the day of collection according to your instructions. Details of payments received and bills paid are provided electronically by the Bank in usable report formats.
