Cash Management Alerts

• Daily Available Account Balance^ (No alert will be sent if there is no change in your daily account balance)
• Funds Top-up (For Cheque Payment. Help reduce incidence(s) of bounced cheques, for SGD & USD Current Account) Now available for USD Account! 
• Returned Cheque (For Cheque Receipt. For SGD Current Account only)
• Incoming Funds^ Enhanced - Notified upon aggregate threshold amount or per transaction
• Outgoing Funds^ Enhanced - Notified upon aggregate threshold amount or per transaction
• Successful GIRO Deduction New
• Unsuccessful GIRO Deduction New
• SGD Time Deposit Withdrawal
• Telegraphic Transfer Reference Number

^Alerts available On-demand and during weekends and public holidays, between 9am to 10pm. All other alerts are available only from Mondays to Fridays, between 9am to 10pm.

Information and Services On-Demand Enhanced  

You can access information on your cashflow on-demand with eAlerts@ocbc. You also have the flexibility to halt notifications on Daily Available Account balance. On-demand service is now extended from 9am to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays^. Simply SMS the respective code to 73399.

^For Daily Available Account balance, Incoming and Outgoing Funds only. All other On-demand alerts are available only from Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 10pm.
