Terms and Conditions Governing eat @meritUS Membership card Promotion (THE“PROMOTION”)

Customers who apply for a principal OCBC Platinum. Titanium or Arts Platinum Mastercard (collectively, the "OCBC Credit Cards" and each an "OCBC Credit Card") during the Promotional Period or are existing principal Cardmembers of any OCBC Credit Cards are eligible for this promotion (the "Promotion"). Co-branded Platinum Cards (for eg. Robinson Visa Platinum, SMU-OCBC Platinum card, Best-OCBC Platinum card etc) are not included in this Promotion.

Customers who successfully apply for any principal OCBC Credit Card from 7 August 2009 to 31 May 2010 (the ‘Promotional Period") shall receive the eat@Meritus Membership Card (the "Card"). The OCBC Credit Card(s) must be approved by 15 June 2010 to be eligible for the Promotion. This Promotion is only available for principal Cardmembers only.

The Card will be sent to the principal Cardmember’s mailing address within 21 working days upon approval of the OCBC Platinum, Titanium or Arts Platinum Mastercard.

For existing principal Cardmembers of any OCBC Credit Cards, the Card will be sent to the principal Cardmember’s mailing address within 21 working days upon successful IVR or SMS application of the Card .

The Card is limited to 1 per principal Cardmember regardless of number of card accounts he/she holds with the Bank.

Cardmembers who cancelled their OCBC Credit Card(s) within the last 6 months are not eligible for this Promotion when they re-apply for any OCBC Credit Card during the Promotion Period.

Renewal of the Card is at the sole discretion of the Bank and is subjected to Cardmember paying annual fee on any OCBC Platinum, Titanium or Arts Platinum Credit Card.

Cardmember hereby consent to the disclosure of any customer information to Singapore Meritus International Hotels Pte Ltd or any entity which the bank deem fit for the purpose of processing his/her application of the Card.

OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality of all products and/or services supplied under the eat@Meritus Membership Card programme (the "Programme").

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in the Card, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Card by any reason.

OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the Promotion.

OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondences shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
