Promotion Period


1. The Promotion Period shall be between 22 August and 23 September 2010 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (the "OCBC") in its absolute discretion.
   
   
Eligibility


2. A person who holds a principal OCBC generic and/or a co-brand and/or an affinity Credit Card, FairPrice Plus/ Uplus Credit Card (other than Private Label Cards, Debit Cards and Corporate Cards) issued by OCBC (the "Card" or "OCBC Credit Cards") and whose credit card account is in good standing with OCBC (as determined by OCBC at its sole discretion) shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion (a "Credit Cardmember").
   
   
Proof of Transactions


3. All redemptions have to be evidenced by a maximum of 9 combined original customer charge slips together with the eligible OCBC Credit Card and NRIC of the relevant Credit Cardmember at the OCBC redemption booth at Holliday Inn Atrium, 317 Outram Road or Peony Jade Clarke Quay, Blk 3A Clarke Quay #02-02. All qualifying spend must be made on the same OCBC Credit Card to qualify for the redemption.
   
   
4. The original charge slips can only be used for the redemption of one (1) limited edition Holiday Inn mooncake box or one (1) box of Peony Jade Signature Mooncakes. Charge slips used to redeem for any gift cannot be presented again for other gifts redemption.
   
   
5. Credit Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between principal and supplementary cardmembers.
   
   
6. The qualifying transactions for the Promotion include retail transactions made locally but exclude recurring payment transactions, cash advances, balance transfers and transactions incurred overseas, online or via phone. Only transactions made with OCBC Credit Cards with valid hardcopy Charge Slip(s) will be recognized for the gifts redemption.
   
   
7. For new instalment plans, only the first instalment amount charged to the OCBC Credit Card with charge slip/s can be used as qualifying spend for the gift redemption. The rest of the unbilled instalment amount will not be taken into consideration for redemption purposes. Existing instalment plans will not be taken into account for redemption.
   
   
Redemption Items and Spending Tiers


8. To redeem for a limited edition Holiday Inn mooncake box (the redemption gift), an eligible Credit Cardmember must charge a minimum amount of S$1888 from 22 August to 23 September 2010 to his/her OCBC Credit Card. Limited to the first 500 redemptions.
   
   
9. To redeem for a box of Peony Jade Signature Mooncake box (the redemption gift), an eligible Credit Cardmember must charge a minimum amount of S$1888 from 22 August to 23 September 2010 to his/her OCBC Credit Card. Limited to the first 500 redemptions.
   
   
10. The Promotion is limited to one gift per Credit Cardmember per day regardless of the amount accumulated in the charge slips as long as the minimum spend requirement to redeem the gift item has been reached.
    
    
11. Charge slips used to redeem for the Promotion items cannot be presented again for other Credit Card redemption/ promotion.
    
    
Redemption Items, Quantity and Locations


12. All redemption items are available for redemption strictly on a while stocks last basis.
    
    
13. OCBC reserves the right to substitute the redemption gift with item of equal value.
    
    
14. Redemption of the limited edition Holiday Inn mooncake box is available at the OCBC Redemption Booth located at Holliday Inn Atrium mooncake booth. (Address: 317 Outram Road). Redemption hours are from 11am to 7pm daily.
    
    
15. Redemption of the Peony Jade mooncake box is available at the OCBC Redemption Booth located at Peony Jade Clarke Quay mooncake booth. (Address: Blk 3A Clarke Quay #02-02). Redemption hours are from 11am to 9.30pm daily.
    
    
General


16. The redemption items and/or gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. OCBC Bank reserves the right to substitute any of the above redemption items and/or gifts with an item of similar value.
    
    
17. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any redemption items and/or gifts.
    
    
18. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with any gift by any person.
    
    
19. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any Credit Cardmember and the dates of the Promotion.
    
    
20. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
    
    
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
