Terms and Conditions Governing OCBC Credit cards The PC Show 2009 Spend and redeem promotion
(THE “PROMOTION”)
- Gift redemptions are valid only for purchases made at PC Show 2009 from 11 June to 14 June 2009 (the “Fair”).
- To redeem an Electrical Griddle , you must charge an amount of S$1,800 and above to your OCBC Credit Card.
- To earn one Spin-the-Wheel chance, you must charge an amount of S$600 to your OCBC Credit Card at the Fair. Each cardmember is limited to a maximum of three (3) spins.
- To redeem a Starbucks Caffe Latte, you must charge an amount of $300 to your OCBC Credit Card at the Fair.
- To redeem a $20 Mryra’s Beach Club dining gift card, you must charge an amount of $1 and above to your OCBC Credit Card at the Fair.
- All redemptions shall be evidenced by a maximum of five (5) charge slips.
- All gifts are available while stocks last basis.
- This Promotion is limited to one gift per cardmember per NRIC except for Spin-the-Wheel where a maximum of 3 gifts are allowed per cardmember, while stocks last.
- The gifts are available for collection only from 11 to 14 June 2009 while stocks last and redeemable on the same day of purchase only.
- You are not permitted to aggregate spending between principal and supplementary cardmembers.
- This Promotion does not apply to OCBC debit cards, OCBC corporate cards, private label cards and Fairprice Plus cards.
- This Promotion does not apply to recurring payment transactions, cash advances, balance transfers and transactions incurred overseas, online or via phone.
- OCBC Bank shall be entitled at its discretion to charge you the value of the gifts in the event that:
a) an eligible transaction is subsequently cancelled or void or
b) more than one redemption is effected.
- The gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
- OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gift.
- Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with any gift by any person.
- OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the Promotion.
- OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
