1. Only Customers who apply for a principal OCBC Platinum, Titanium or Arts Platinum MasterCard are eligible for this promotion

2. The first 1,000 customers who successfully apply for an OCBC Platinum, Titanium or Arts Platinum MasterCard online at OCBC website from 1 June to 31 August 2010 and charge any amount within 1 month from the date the Card is approved shall receive a complimentary Audio-Technica limited edition headphones.

3. Cards must be approved by 15 September 2010 to be eligible for this promotion

4. Customers who applied for the OCBC Platinum, Titanium or Arts Platinum MasterCard through other promotions or channels are not eligible for this promotion

5. Customers who cancelled their OCBC Platinum, Titanium or Arts Platinum MasterCard within the last 6 months are not eligible for this promotion when they re-apply for OCBC Titanium MasterCard during the Promotion Period

6. Each Principal Cardmember is entitled to only one Audio-Technica limited edition headphones and the redemption letter will be sent to the Principal Cardmember’s mailing address by 15 November 2010

7. The redemption items and/or gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. OCBC Bank reserves the right to substitute any of the above redemption items and/or gifts with an item of similar value.

8.OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any redemption items and/or gifts.

9.Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with any gift by any person.

10.OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the Promotion.

11.OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.

12.These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
