Terms and Conditions Governing OCBC Credit cards 2010 CHINESE NEW YEAR Spend and Redeem Promotion (THE “SPEND AND REDEEM”)

Promotion Period

1. The Promotion Period shall be between 06 January 2010 till 21 February 2010 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (the “OCBC”) in its absolute discretion.

Eligibility

2. A person who holds a OCBC generic and/or a co-brand and/or an affinity Credit Card (other than Private Label Cards, FairPrice Plus Cards, uPlus Cards, Debit Cards and Corporate Cards) as a principal credit card member issued by OCBC (the “Card”) whose credit card account is in good standing with OCBC (as determined by OCBC at its sole discretion) (a “Credit Card Member”) shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion. The phrase “Eligible Persons” shall refer collectively to Credit Cardmembers.

Proof of Transactions

3. All redemptions have to be evidenced by a maximum of 9 combined original customer charge slips together with the eligible OCBC Credit Card at the OCBC redemption booths at VivoCity. All qualifying spend must be made on the same OCBC Credit Card to qualify for the redemption.

4. The original charge slips can only be used for the redemption of one (1) of the Redemption Items (i.e New Moon Jumbo-sized Abalone Gift Set, worth S$70, Fragrance 600g Vacuumed-packed Bakkwa, worth S$23.90, Scratch & Sure Win and Collectible Ang Bao and Orange Carrier Bag Set). Charge slips used to redeem for any gift cannot be presented again for other gifts redemption.

5. Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary cardmembers.

6. This Promotion is applicable for retail transactions made locally with OCBC Credit Cards and does not apply to recurring payment transactions, cash advances, balance transfers, existing and new instalment payment plans, instalment charges, bank charges, finance and late charges and transactions incurred overseas, online or via phone. Only transactions made with the same OCBC Credit Card evidenced by valid hardcopy Charge Slips will be recognized for the gifts redemption.

7. For new instalment plans, only the first instalment amount charged to the Card with charge slip/s can be used as qualifying spend for the gift redemption. The rest of the unbilled instalment amount will not be taken into consideration for redemption purposes. Existing or new instalment plans will not be taken into account for redemption.

Redemption Items and Spending Tiers

8. Cardmember who charged any transaction from 06 January to 21 February 2010 to their OCBC Credit Card are entitled to redeem for the 3 min. Fortune Telling from Master Khor, subject to availability within the scheduled timings (Sat/Sun: 5-8pm). First come, first serve basis.

9. To redeem for an OCBC Ang Bao and Orange Carrier Bag Collectible Set, cardmember must charge a minimum amount of S$68 from 06 January till 21 February 2010 to their OCBC Credit Card. Limited to the first 30,000 redemptions.

10. To redeem for a Scratch & Sure Win Ticket, cardmember must charge a minimum amount of S$688 and above from 06 January till 21 February 2010 to their OCBC Credit Card. Limited to the first 3,000 redemptions. Receive one Scratch & SURE WIN card with a min. spend of S$688; redeem the stated instant prize on the spot. Prizes include Toshiba Portégé Laptops, iPod Nano, iPod Shuffles, S$50 Seafood Paradise Dining Vouchers,Golden Village Movie Vouchers & Starbucks Coffee Vouchers. Choice of color for Ipod Shuffle and Ipod Nano is subject to availability. If the figure ‘8’ appears, redeem S$8 on the spot, or keep it till you collect 2 (two) ‘8’ to redeem S$88, or collect up to 3 (three) ‘8’ to redeem S$888! Total cash pool for the Scratch & SURE WIN promotion is S$8,888, and max. cash prize per cardmember is S$888.

11. To redeem for a Fragrance 600g vacuumed-packed Bakkwa, cardmember must charge a minimum amount of S$888 from 06 January till 21 February 2010 to their OCBC Credit Card. Limited to the first 2,000 redemptions.

12. To redeem for a New Moon Jumbo-sized Abalone Gift Set at the Caltex Stations, cardmember must charge a minimum amount of S$1,888 from 06 January till 21 February 2010 to their OCBC Credit Card. Redemption is valid at all Caltex Service Stations except Jalan Buroh and Woodlands stations. For location of Caltex stations, visit www.caltex.com.sg.

**Redemption of the gift set from Caltex Stations, cardmembers must spend S$60nett on fuel or store products which is inclusive in the total S$1,888 redemption amount. Limited to the first 3,500 redemptions.

13. The Chinese New Year gift redemption is limited to one gift per Cardmember per day regardless of the amount accumulated in the charge slips as long as the minimum spend requirement to redeem the gift item has been reached.

Redemption Items, Quantity and Locations

14. All redemption items are available for redemption strictly on a while stocks last basis.

15. Redemption of New Moon Jumbo-sized Abalone Gift Set, worth S$70 is available at all Caltex service stations except Jalan Buroh and Woodlands. Redemption of Fragrance 600g Vacuumed-packed Bakkwa, worth S$23.90, Scratch & Sure Win and Collectible Ang Bao and Mandarin Orange Carrier Bag Set is available at the OCBC Redemption Booth located at Vivocity, West Boulevard Level 1, Lobby B. (Address: 1 HarbourFront Walk, #02-241 Vivocity, Singapore 098585) from 11am to 9pm daily except 14 February 2010.

General

16. The Redemption Items and/or gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. OCBC Bank reserves the right to substitute any of the above Redemption Items and/or gifts with an item of similar value.

17. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any Redemption Items and/or gifts.

18. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with any gift by any person.

19. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the Promotion.

20. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.

21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
