Terms and conditions of air ticket evouchers

1. The ZUJI air ticket evoucher code cannot be combined. One ZUJI air ticket evoucher code can only be used in one booking transaction.The definition of a booking transaction is one unique ZUJI TRIP ID that can comprise of purchases for up to 6 individual air ticketers.
2. The ZUJI air ticket evoucher code is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
3. The ZUJI air ticket evoucher code may be used for air tickets on www.zuji.com.sg for online purchases only, using OCBC credit card.
4. The ZUJI air ticket evoucher code is valid for purchase of air ticket(s) that originate from Singapore only.
5. The ZUJI air ticket evoucher code is unique and can be utilized only once.
6. The ZUJI air ticket evoucher code is transferable. ZUJI is not responsible to the ZUJI air ticket evoucher code recipient or any other party for compensation as a result of a ZUJI air ticket evoucher code being transferred.
7. Under no circumstances can any portion of this ZUJI air ticket evoucher code be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. If you have obtained a ZUJI air ticket evoucher code but do not wish to use it, ZUJI will not refund the whole or any part of the value of the ZUJI air ticket evoucher code. If you cancel your booking with ZUJI, the ZUJI air ticket evoucher code is not refundable and cannot be converted back to OCBC$ or ROB$.
8. If the total cost of the air ticket selected is more than ZUJI air ticket evoucher code value, the air ticketer will have to top up the difference. If the total cost of the air ticket is less than the ZUJI air ticket evoucher code value, the difference will be forfeited. Any top up payment or surcharge must be made through OCBC credit card.
9. You agree not to sell, resell or exploit the ZUJI air ticket evoucher code(s) for any commercial purposes.
10. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other conditions upon which this ZUJI air ticket evoucher may be issued. All transactions are also governed by the user agreement and privacy policy found on the ZUJI website(s) on this ZUJI air ticket evoucher may be used.
11. Should there be any dispute, ZUJI’s decision will be final.
    
     

    Terms and conditions of package evouchers

    1. All packages vouchers are NOT redeemable instantaneously, voucher amount will be refund to traveler credit card within *30 days.

    2. The ZUJI package evoucher code is valid for 3 months from date of issue.

    3. Travel must originate from Singapore.

    4. Minimum two persons to travel in a single booking

    5. Any extension of room nights must be booked through ZUJI and it is subject to availability.

    6. Excludes all applicable taxes and surcharges.

    7. If the traveler changes or cancels the booking after redemption of this evoucher, the traveler is liable for any associated charges and is subject to the terms and conditions of refunds as applicable provided that the traveler may not obtain a cash refund or credit for the value of air tickets purchased.

    8. Not exchangeable for cash or credit whether by way of a refund or otherwise.

    9. Not valid with other promotions, offers, discounts or vouchers.

    10. Booking is subject to airline and hotel availability.

    11. ZUJI is not a supplier of the products or services redeemed under this promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

    12. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other packages terms and conditions.

    13. All transactions are also governed by the user agreement and privacy policy found on the ZUJI website(s).

    14. ZUJI's user agreement applies - please refer to www.zuji.com.sg for details. If the terms of the user agreement contradict the terms of this promotion, the terms of this promotion will prevail.

    15. ZUJI reserves the right to change the details of the promotion at any time.

    16. Should there be any dispute, ZUJI's decision will be final.
