Happy Call Pan Spend and Redeem Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The Happy Call Pan (worth S$108) (“gift”) is open to all Platinum Cardmembers (the “Promotion”).
  2. The Promotion is only eligible for Platinum Cardmembers who purchase a min. of S$5,000 new regular insurance plan from OCBC Bank. 
  3. The Promotion is limited to the first 120 eligible Platinum Cardmembers.
  4. Payment for renewal insurance premium will not be eligible.
  5. The Promotion period is from 18June 2013 to 31 July 2013 (both dates inclusive).
  6. Platinum Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between principal and supplementary cards to meet the spend requirement under the Promotion.
  7. Each Cardholder (Principal and Supplementary) is eligible to receive one (1) gift only under the Promotion regardless of the new Insurance premium amount charged to the Card.
  8. A redemption letter will be mailed to the successful principal cardholder’s mailing address in OCBC’s records by 31 August 2013.
  9. OCBC Bank reserves the right to charge the full retail value of the item(s) redeemed should there be no Card transaction(s) or should the Card transaction(s) used for redemption be cancelled for any reason or should there be a repeated redemption using the same Card transaction(s) for this Promotion.
  10. OCBC Bank will not be responsible if any gift you redeem is of poor quality, is not suitable to be sold or used or is not fit for any purpose. We will not be responsible or held liable for any damage to or fault in any gift, or for any loss, injury or harm any person suffers in connection with using any gift.
  11. We have the right to end this Promotion or change any terms and conditions at any time without giving you notice. This includes changing the rules relating to who is eligible for the Promotion and the dates of the Promotion.
  12. Our decision on all matters relating to thePromotion will be final and binding on all participants. If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
  13. The laws of Singapore apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and us will be dealt with in the courts of Singapore. Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B), a person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions does not have the right to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
