4. For cancellation of insurance policy or investment product within the respective free-look periods, an administrative fee (and where applicable, a cancellation fee of $30) will be charged.
5. OCBC Bank reserves the right to substitute any of the above gifts with an item of similar value. The free gift is conditional upon the insurance policy or investment product not being cancelled within the free-look period. If the insurance policy or investment product is cancelled within the free-look period, OCBC Bank will not accept the return of the gift and reserves the right to impose a fee equivalent to the value of the gift.
6. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
7. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspects of any gift.
