Terms & Conditions of the Shop For Free Promotion:

1. All OCBC Bank customers who invest a minimum of S$25,000 as a lump sum investment in the AllianzGI Choice Equity Fund (“Funds”) will be eligible for a S$50 Takashimaya voucher (each “Voucher”) subject to these terms and conditions. Regular savings plan transactions are not eligible. Additional investments in multiples of S$25,000 will also be entitled to the Voucher, subject to a total voucher value of S$800 per customer.

2. This promotion is valid for subscriptions made between 01 August and 31 August 2008 (both dates inclusive) before the Fund’s cut-off time.

3. The use and redemption of the Vouchers may be subject to such other terms and conditions, disclaimers and restrictions as may be imposed by Takashimaya. OCBC Bank is not an agent of Takashimaya or any service provider or supplier of the goods and services (each “Merchant”) offered or made available in connection with the use and redemption of the Vouchers. Any dispute between the customer and a Merchant in connection with the use and redemption of the Vouchers shall be resolved directly between the customer and the Merchant. OCBC Bank shall not be liable to any person for any loss, cost or damages of any kind resulting from this promotion or the use or non-use of the Vouchers and in connection with the use and redemption of the same.

4. OCBC Bank reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, replace or substitute the Vouchers with any other voucher of equal or similar value selected by OCBC Bank.

5. OCBC Bank may at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of these terms and conditions.

6. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each customer who participates in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
