Q: What is the OCBC Golf Series 2009 about?
A: The OCBC Golf Series 2009 is a string of organized golf games which OCBC Credit Cards is organizing for OCBC Titanium and Platinum Cardmembers, where they can look forward to taking part in an exciting round of golf game with like-minded golfers. Participants can look forward to winning exciting prizes as well as goodie bag items.
Q: What will the participation fee be inclusive of?
A: The participation fee include fees payable for Green Fees, Buggy and light refreshment charges, and will be charged to customer’s account upon successful registration.
Q: What kind of charges will be eligible to qualify for the S$800 spending requirement?
A: Only retail spending made on your OCBC Titanium / Platinum Cards will be eligible as qualifying spend. Interest charges, late fee and annual fees are some of the costs outside of retail spending that will not be taken into account.
Q: How do I register for the golf game?

Q: How would I know if I’m successful in my registration?
A: Successful registrants will receive an email notification from OCBC with the game and flight details. This email notification will be sent latest by 15th of the month in which the golf game is being held.
Eg: If golf game is to be held in July, the email notification will be sent by 15 July (latest).
Q: When will I be charged for the participation fee?
A: The participation fee will be charged to either your OCBC Platinum or Titanium MasterCard upon successful registration in our golf game.
Q: I have been successful in my registration but due to personal matters, I’m unable to participate. How do I withdraw from the golf game?
A: You can call our Customer Service Hotline: 1800 363 3333 to inform us on your withdrawal, 7 working days prior to the golf game.
Q: Will the participation fee be refunded if I withdraw?
A: Yes, the participation fee will be refunded if you have informed us of your withdrawal 7 working days prior to the golf game. Please note that there will NOT be any refund of the participation fee if you do not inform us 7 working days prior to the golf game.
Q: Why was I not accepted for the golf game?
A: The selection for the 100 slots is based on the following criteria:
- Only for OCBC Platinum or Titanium Cardmembers who have made a minimum spend of S$800 in the stated month.
- On a first-come-first-serve basis during the registration period.
- Priority will be given to first time participants who have not played in the other golf games in the OCBC Golf Series 2009.
Q: If I participated in earlier golf games in the OCBC Golf Series 2009, does this mean I am not eligible to participate in upcoming 2009 golf games?
A: Priority will be given to first time participants who have not played in the other golf games in the OCBC Golf Series 2009. However, if there should be slots remaining, we will consider registrants who have played at the earlier games.
Q: I sent in my registration before the registration period, why was I not accepted?
A: It is stated in the Terms & Conditions that any registrations sent before or after the registration period will not be accepted.
Q: I spent above S$800 on my Robinsons Platinum/Arts Platinum/other card, why was I not accepted?
A: This promotion is exclusive to OCBC Platinum and Titanium MasterCard members. You may wish to apply for our OCBC Platinum or Titanium MasterCard so as to be eligible for our upcoming golf games.
