Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be interest charges if I sign up for EasiCredit but don’t use the account?

No, there is no interest charge if you do not use your EasiCredit account. You can use the account as standby cash, for use as and when it is needed.

Do I need to use the account in order to receive the free digital photo frame?

You will receive the free* digital photo frame, even if you choose not to use the account. All it takes is for your EasiCredit account to be approved.

* Figures have been simplified for illustration purposes. Savings when compared to interest rate of 24% p.a. on other banks’ credit cards. Based on assumption of rice consumption of S$30 per month, utilities bills of S$100 per month and S$76 petrol pump twice per month.

** Preferential interest rate of 0% p.a. for 6 months will apply only to Balance Transfer Amounts (as defined in the Balance Transfer application form). Processing fee of 2.5% of the transferred amount will be imposed and charged respectively to and debited from your EasiCredit Account together with the approved transferred amount. Any processing and/or other fees and charges incurred will be subject to the promotional interest rate. Prevailing interest rate will apply after promotional period.
