# The special rate of 0.57% per month is only available to new EasiCredit Accountholders with an annual income of S$30,000 and above. A one-time fee of S$80 is chargeable, together with the first instalment. Interest on the loan amount is calculated based on front-end add-on method. The effective interest rate is 12.32% p.a., 12.56% p.a., 12.48% p.a., 12.34% p.a. and 12.18% p.a. respectively for the 12-month, 24-month, 36-month, 48-month and 60-month tenure.
