We can provide funds covering up to 80% (inclusive of CPF) of our valuation or the purchase price of your property, whichever is lower. For greater flexibility, the loan can take the form of a Commercial Property Loan or overdraft or a combination of the two. The repayment period can be up to 25 years, or up to age 65. |
