  Ans: OCBC Phone Banking gives you flexibility and convenience. You can access OCBC Phone Banking anywhere, anytime to perform your banking transactions.

3: What does it cost to use OCBC Phone Banking?
  Ans: Phone Banking, like any of our other electronic services, is free of charge. However, standard commission or transaction fees for certain services such as “Stop Payment of Cheques” and “Unsuccessful Funds Transfer” to another bank will be charged.

4: How do I register for OCBC Phone Banking?
  Ans:
By ATM
If you are an existing ATM user, you can apply for a Phone Banking Access Code and PIN using the ATM.

1. Select "More Services", followed by "More Services" followed by "Phone Banking / Internet Banking".
2. Select "Phone Banking Application"
3. Select "I agree" if you agree to the Terms and Conditions
4. Enter your desired 6-digit Telephone PIN
5. Re-enter your 6-digit Telephone PIN
6. You can start accessing Phone Banking Services thereafter by calling 1800-363-3333 or (65) 6363 3333 when     calling from overseas

By calling OCBC Contact Centre

1. Call 1800-363-3333
2. Press *0 to speak to our Customer Service Executives
3. Select your Phone Banking PIN on the spot

By mail

1. Collect a form from our branches or download and print it from the Internet.
2. Mail completed form back to the following address:

1. Go to any of our branches.

1: Can I change my Telephone PIN?
  Ans: Yes, you can change your Telephone PIN through Phone Banking itself.

2: What if I forget my Telephone PIN?
  Ans: If you are an ATM cardholder, you can select another Telephone PIN through the ATM or re-issue your Telephone PIN by calling our Customer Service Executives, or request for a re-issuance of your Telephone PIN by filling up this form and mailing it to back to us.

3: How can I safeguard my Telephone PIN?
  Ans:
1. Always press *9 to end your Phone Banking session.
2. Do not reveal your Telephone PIN to anyone.
3. Do not write down your Telephone PIN.
4. Do not use numbers easily linked to you, like your birthday.
5. Change your Telephone PIN periodically and do not re-use previous numbers.

If you notice any discrepancy in your account(s) or if you suspect that someone has been using your Telephone PIN to access your account, change your PIN and contact us immediately at 1800 363 3333.
