| Ans: Existing Internet & Mobile Banking customers who feel that their current token is not their preferred option can now switch to another type of 2FA Token via any OCBC ATMs.
For example, a customer who is currently holding an SMS Token can switch to either a Hardware Token or Mobile Phone Token. A customer who is holding a Hardware Token can switch to SMS Token or Mobile Phone Token, and so on.
To switch token via the OCBC ATM, select More Services > Internet / Mobile Phone Banking > Internet / Mobile Banking 2FA Services > 2FA Token Switching. Select the preferred token type and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are unable to visit OCBC ATMs, you may request for a switch via this form.
Note: Customers who are switching to Hardware Token should allow for the usual postal delivery time. During this period, they will not be able to login until receipt of the new Token.
