1: How can I purchase a gadget from EasiCredit 100 Most Wanted Gadgets via my mobile phone?
  Ans: Step 1: Ensure that you have an EasiCredit account & OCBC Internet/Mobile Banking access code Step 2: Login to OCBC Mobile Banking Secured Page using your Internet Banking user ID and PIN. Step 3: Go to EasiCredit 100 Most Wanted Gadget page > Choose Gadget Category > Choose Gadget to purchase > Make your purchase Wait for an SMS to notify you of the status of your purchase. If successful, your EasiCredit account will be debited. The monthly installments will be billed and sent via monthly statements to you.

2: How do I log on to Mobile Banking Secured Page?
  Ans: Simply sms “Mobile” to 76062 to get the Mobile Banking application downloaded onto your phone. Thereafter, login with your Internet Banking Access Code and PIN. Forgot your PIN? Simply visit any ATM to reapply.

3: How will I know if my gadget purchase is approved?
  Ans: An SMS will be sent to you in 1 hour from the time you make the purchase via Mobile Banking. The SMS will inform you if the purchase is successful or not. If successful, redeem your gadget at the merchant by showing the successful SMS to the merchant, together with your original NRIC. Sign on an acknowledgement of receipt form issued by the merchant. Redemption times will be subject to the merchants’ opening hours.

4: How do I know where and when to collect the gadget?
  Ans: If your purchase is successful, the gadget redemption location and time will be sent via SMS to you.

5: Is this service 24 hours?
  Ans: Purchases made between 9am to 10pm daily (Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays) will be processed in 1 hour. Purchases made outside these times will be process on the following day. Redemption times will be subject to the merchants’ opening hours.

6: What if I do not have Mobile Banking?
  Ans: Simply visit any OCBC ATM to apply for access now. With your Access Code and PIN, you can buy your favorite gadgets via Mobile Banking.

7: How do I sign up for EasiCredit?
  Ans: To sign up for EasiCredit, SMS <EasiCredit_your NRIC> to 72222 and our Customer Service Officers will contact you within 2 business days. Alternatively, visit any OCBC Bank branch or call us at 1800 438 3333 for a copy of the application form.

8: What will happen if I do not receive or accidently delete my SMS?
  Ans: A reminder SMS would be sent to your mobile phone after 10 minutes. Please ensure that the mobile number you entered is correct.
