Credit card fee waiver

To submit a credit card fee waiver request, please use any of the following options:

Via Internet Banking

  1. Login to OCBC Internet Banking
  2. Go to "Customer Service"
  3. Select "Credit card fee waiver"

Via OCBC Digital

  1. Login via OCBC Digital app
  2. Tap on the top left menu
  3. Tap on "More services" → "Card services" → "Credit card fee waiver"

Via Phone Banking

  1. Have your credit card ready
  2. Call us and when prompted, and say "credit card fee waiver"
  3. Key in your 16-digit card number when prompted

Your waiver request is subject to approval. You will be notified on the outcome immediately.

How do I set up the OCBC OneToken?

Download the latest OCBC Digital app and follow the step-by-step guide to activate OCBC OneToken after you have received the activation prompt.

Using SMS OTP and Card PIN:

  1. Login to your OCBC Digital app
  2. Select “Activate with SMS OTP and card PIN”
  3. A 6-digit Activation PIN will be sent to your mobile number via SMS
  4. Enter the 6-digit Activation PIN on screen
  5. Enter your 6-digit card PIN for your selected card
  6. Your OCBC OneToken will be fully activated after 24 hours

Using SMS OTP and Token Key:

  • For Existing-to-Bank customers:

    1. Login to your OCBC Digital app
    2. Select “Activate with SMS OTP and Token Key”
    3. A 6-digit Activation PIN will be sent to your mobile number via SMS
    4. Enter the 6-digit Activation PIN on screen
    5. A 6-digit Token Key letter will be mailed to you to your registered address
    6. Upon receiving the letter, login to your OCBC Digital app
    7. On the menu list, go to “Settings” > “Manage OCBC OneToken” > “Enter Activation Code”
    8. Enter the 6-digit Token Key
    9. Your OCBC OneToken will be fully activated after 24 hours
  • For New-to-Bank customers who have set up the Internet Banking account at the branch:

    1. You would have received a printed form containing your Access Code and Token Key
    2. Login to your OCBC Digital app using the Access Code and PIN
    3. Click “Proceed”
    4. Enter the 6-digit Token Key
    5. Your OCBC OneToken will be fully activated after 24 hours

Using Hardware Token:

  1. Login to your OCBC Digital app
  2. Select “Activate with hardware token”
  3. Follow the 3-step instructions on the screen (you will require your Hardware Token for this).
  4. Enter the new code generated on your hardware token
  5. Your OCBC OneToken will be fully activated after 24 hours

Via online / OCBC Digital

  1. Go to https://internet.ocbc.com/internet-banking/inbregistration/index

  2. Fill in the details and submit the online form
  3. You will get instant access to Online Banking.

By mail

Collect and complete an online banking application form from any of our branches.

  1. What's new in the latest OCBC Digital app?

    • One view of all transactions – view your latest transactions across all Current, Savings and card accounts at a glance. This is available on the Account Summary dashboard –“Your activity” to view the last 7 transactions from the past 7 days; and tap on “See more” to view all transactions from the past 7 days.
    • Personalised Insights – these are personalised, bite-sized information that help our customers discover more about their finances and better manage them
  2. What is “Your activity” on the Account Summary dashboard?

    • You can view all your latest transactions across all your Current, Savings and card accounts at one glance in “Your activity”. This includes your last 7 transactions from the past 7 days (including today).
    • Tap on “See more” to view all transactions from the past 7 days. You may also tap on a transaction to view more details, as well as links to actions such as viewing overall spending activity on Money In$ights or to Raise a dispute(applicable for credit cards).
    • Please note that only posted transactions will appear in “Your activity”, as well as in account transaction history (see point 5 below). There may be a lead time between when the transaction is performed and shown on the dashboard.
