Terms and Conditions Governing The Titanium Travel Draw

1. Every S$50 spent on OCBC Titanium MasterCard between 6 Dec 2009 and 16 Jan 2010 (both dates inclusive) will be eligible to one (1) chance to participate in the Draw (an "Eligible Person").
2. Cash advance transactions, balance transfers finance, late charges, IPP and Paylite are not eligible in the computation for the lucky draw chances.
3. The number of chances allocated to an Eligible Person by OCBC shall be final and conclusive. Chances awarded to an Eligible Person are not transferable.
4. The Draw will be held on 28 Jan 2010 at the premises of OCBC or on such other date or at such other venue as may be determined by OCBC.
5. There will be one (1) prize winner for the Draw. Each prize winner will win a pair of return airfare, 3 nights accommodation at 4-star hotel and Round 16 Match of UEFA Champion League (the "Prize").
6. OCBC reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
7. Each prize winner will be notified via telephone of his win within 7 working days from the date of the Draw.
8. Where the Prize remains unclaimed for 2 months after the date of the Draw, it will be forfeited and donated by OCBC Bank to such charitable organizations as it deems fit. The prize winner whose Prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification.
9. The use and redemption of the Prize shall be subject to these terms and conditions and such other conditions that may be imposed by OCBC or the relevant merchant. All Prizes shall be collected at the risk and cost of each winner. Each winner shall accept his Prize on an "as-is, where-is" basis. 13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants in the Draw irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore . A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
