· Any existing OCBC Titanium Cardmember whose Card Account is valid, subsisting and in the opinion of the Bank in good standing, shall be eligible under the Programmes.
· Promotion is only applicable to a min spend of $1(S$1=1 OCBC$) charged at Dickson Watch & Jewellery outlets from 1 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2010.
· Additional OCBC$ is not applicable for Cash Advance, Balance Transfers, Cashwise Transactions, any fees, interest and late payment charges. Promo also EXCLUDES all transactions that do not earn OCBC$ (eg SmartChange customers, IPP transactions,etc)
· OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate each Programme or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
· In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
· Terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants shall irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore . A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
