If you have not replaced your card, please do so immediately so that you can continue to enjoy your privileges and more new benefits
at no additional cost. Simply print this form, complete and sign it duly (including your existing supplementary cardmembers, if any) and return to OCBC. Your new card(s) will be sent to you within 2 weeks upon receipt of your form.

Why must I replace my existing OCBC Robinsons VISA Card with the new OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card?
The OCBC Robinsons VISA Card has been discontinued/blocked and replaced by the new OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card. To continue enjoying up to 10% cash rebate at the Robinson Group of Stores in Singapore as well as additional privileges, you need to accept the OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card as soon as possible.
In the event that you do not replace your OCBC Robinsons VISA Card with the OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card, your OCBC Robinsons VISA Card will no longer be usable from 15 October 2008. Any outstanding balances on the Card will need to be paid by 31 December 2008.
Will I have to pay the usual annual fees associated with Platinum Cards?
The new OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card comes with an annual fee of S$120. However, as you have been a loyal cardmember, the annual fee on your card remains at S$30. And that is not all, if you charge a total of S$5,000 of which S$200 is spent in-store at any Robinson Group of Stores in Singapore per year, your annual fee will be waived!
What will happen to my existing OCBC Robinsons VISA Card if I accept the new OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card?
When you accept and activate the new OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card, your existing OCBC Robinsons VISA Card will be discontinued upon first use of your new Card or on 15 October 2008, whichever is earlier. For your convenience, your existing Robinsons$ as well as Robinsons rebate accumulation will be converted over to your new card account. You will also receive subsequently and separately, your OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card PIN and OCBC Internet Banking and Phone Banking PIN (if you currently do not have one).
What will happen to my existing Instalment Payment Plan (IPP), GIRO and recurring bills on my OCBC Robinsons VISA Card after I accept the new OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Card?
Your existing IPP and GIRO will not be interrupted and will be billed together with your monthly statement after you activate and start using your new card. However, if you have any standing payment instructions such as insurance premiums and phone bills debited from your existing card, you will need to notify the organisation(s) of your new card number.
