CEPAS - NETS FlashPay & ez-link Card Services

From 27 Feb 2012, EZ-Link will charge $0.20 for refunding the value on your ez-link card via our ATMs. If you have questions, please contact EZ-Link at 6496 8300.

Introduction

Introducing NETS FlashPay and ez-link card services. It's cashless, convenient and easy-to-use.

NETS FlashPay
The new NETS FlashPay card is a new generation contactless, multi-purpose stored value CashCard that can be used for transit (public buses, MRTs, ERP & carpark) and retail purchases.

EZ-Link
• ez-link card is a contactless smart card that can be used for transit and non-transit payment.
• The EZ-Link services are now available on OCBC Mobile Banking, Online Banking and selected OCBC ATM/ATM Plus.
• ATM/ATM Plus that are enabled with the EZ-Link services will have card holders with NETS FlashPay and EZ-Link logos displayed on them.

Services Available
The following NETS FlashPay services are available at all OCBC ATMs and ez-link card services are available at all OCBC ATM/ATM Plus
1) Top-up
2) Balance enquiry
3) View/Print statement
4) Refund
5) Update card value (applicable to ez-link card via Mobile Banking top-up service and Online Banking)

You may use your savings or current account to top-up the card or perform a refund of the card.

There is a service charge of $0.20 for each successful statement print.

How to Top-up NETS FlashPay Card/ez-link Card

Step 1: Select "More Services"

Step 2: Select "More Services"

Step 3: Select "NETS FlashPay/CashCard/ez-link Card Services"

Step 3a:If you are topping up your NETS FlashPay Card

• Select "NETS FlashPay Services"

Step 3b:If you are topping up your ez-link Card

• Select "ez-link Card Services"

Step 4: Read Terms & Conditions and select "Proceed". Your ATM card will be ejected.

Step 5: Place your NETS FlashPay Card or ez-link Card on the card holder (do not remove it until the transaction is completed)

Step 6: Select "Top Up"

Step 7: Enter your 6-digit PIN

Step 8: Select the top-up you wish to top-up

Step 9: Review and confirm your transaction. Transaction is completed.

Steps for Online Banking:

Select "Top up cards" from "Payment & transfer" in the top navigation menu.

Select type of card to top up

Select the account to pay from. Enter a valid card no. to top up, and give it a friendly name (optional) for easy identification. Then, choose the amount to top up.

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for the top-up service.

Click on the ‘Next’ button to review your information and confirm your transaction.

Steps for Mobile Banking:

Select "Top up cards" from menu

Select type of card to top up

Enter the card number to top up, a friendly name for your card (optional), select account to pay from and the top up amount

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for the top-up service.

Click on the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page to review and confirm your transaction.
