Antioxidant-rich food: Give your child more antioxidant-rich foods like apples or apple juice! Oats during breakfast helps your child perform better because it is high in fibre and protein, one of the foods that boost memory performance.
Books: Nurture their interest in reading and make it fun with story-telling! Reading is about sounding out the letters and joining them into words. With constant practice, they get familiar with the letters and the word will remain in their mind.

Crossword puzzles: Perfect game to jog their memory and brain cells. Lateral thinking puzzles, memory games and even riddles are a great way to get some brain exercise. The best part is you can do them anywhere with your child!
